Mix wet ingredients together with mixer, then add dry. Roll out thick (3/8"). Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Do NOT overbake. Do not let any part of the cookie turn brown.








Notes: I usually half the batch and I use the evaporated milk with vinegar rather than the thick sour cream. *From Amber
