1. Preheat oven to 450∞F. On a floured board, roll out pizza dough into a 10-to-12 inch circle. Place on an oiled pizza pan or cookie sheet.
2. Spread the barbecue sauce over the crust, leaving a Ω-inch border all around edges. Sprinkle the onion and/or pineapple chunks over the sauce, if desired. (We never add pineapple or onions.) Top with the chicken and follow with the cheese.
3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
