Sprinkle mixes over roast in crockpot. Add 1/4" - 1/2" water in bottom
of pot. Don't wash seasonings off. Cover and bake until meat falls
apart. Low if starting in the morning, high if starting in the
afternoon.






Notes: This recipe makes the most juicy roast when I've used a chuck roast cut. Cheapest, fattest cut, but the juiciest by far.
