Combine all ingredients except stuffing and butter. Set aside.

Melt butter and add to stuffing cubes. Crush cubes slightly.

Layer 1/2 of stuffing into bottom of 9x13" casserole dish. Cover with chicken mixture.

Cover with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until hot.
