Bake cake mix as directed on the box. Cool. Mix Pudding with 1 1/2
cups milk. Set aside. Cream the cream cheese until soft and smooth.
Gradually add the pudding. Beat after each addition. Spread on cake.
Spread thin layer of cool whip over chocolate cream layer.
