Add all ingredients to bread pan in the order given. Set on Dough-only
feature. When done:

Pat one recipe, any size, pizza dough into circle about 1/2 inch thick.
Place on baking sheet or stone sprinkled with cornmeal or flour.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Poke holes all over top with rounded spoon handle. Let dough raise for 20 minutes. Place in preheated 400 degree oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes. About five minutes before it's finished cooking add about 5-6 pats of butter into holes and sprinkle with garlic salt.
