Brown the turkey or chicken chunks with onions and celery cut up. Can substitute dried onion flakes for onion.
Boil carrots, potatoes, peas with salt and pepper until soft. Drain.
In big bowl, combine vegetables and meat with soup. Mix together well.
Put in two 9x9 pans or one 13x9 pan. Freeze at this point.
Mix batter ingredients together until it is runny like cake batter. The runnier the better.
Pour over the top of the meat and veggie mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Poke with fork in middle. Cover with tin foil and continue to cook if still mushy.
