Cook the noodles until al dente. Cook the sausage. Combine with the
spaghetti sauce. Combine the cottage cheese and buttermilk until
desired consistency. Grate all cheese. Layer ingredients in two 9"
square pans or one 9x13" pan as follows:
1) lasagna noodles
2) spaghetti sauce
3) cottage cheese mixture
4) mozzarella cheese
Repeat 3-4 times, depending on the amount desired. Wrap tightly in
foil and freeze. Or cook immediately in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until bubbly.
Serving Directions:
Thaw meal in refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving. Bake
tightly covered at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until edges are
bubbly and center is hot. Take cover off during final 10 minutes of
cooking time. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
