[Note: Uses 2 quart baking dish]
Melt butter over low heat. Add flour. Stir 3 minutes to reduce raw
flour taste. Gradually stir in warm milk. Turn up heat, stir till
sauce is just to boil. Turn down, add pepper sauce and pepper. Stir
in cream, simmer briefly. Stir 3/4 cheese into sauce and macaroni.
Pour into 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake
350, 30 minutes. 8 ounce macaroni = 2 1/2 cup dry
