Mix dry ingredients with pumpkin. Add milk and eggs. Stir well. Add butter and stir well. Pour into 4 - 9" pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees, 45 minutes to 1 hour or until silver knife inserted 1" from the side comes out clean.

Notes: 1 large can of pumpkin or 3 cups
approximate the melted butter - it just says a little
whole milk is best
