Put paper cups in cup cake pan. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom, flat side down, in the paper cup.
Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the eggs. Fill cups 3/4 full.
Bake @ 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until set. Cool in pan.
You can top with fruit filling once they are cooled.
