Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can tuna fish
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled

Directions

Cover eggs with cold water. Bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let stand for 20 minutes, covered.

Melt butter, add flour. When bubbling, add milk. Stir and simmer until thickens. Ad a can of tuna fish and salt and pepper to taste.

Cut eggs up and add to gravy.

Serve over warm biscuits.
