Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Cream together margarine, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.

Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.

Roll into 2 inch balls, roll balls into sugar.

Place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

As soon as you take them out of the oven, press candy kiss into middle of cookie. Will crack on edges.
