- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 2 cans (6 ounces each) tomat paste
- 4 cans water from tomato paste cans
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed, optional
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt, optional
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 bag fritos chips
- lettuce, chopped
- cheese, grated
- olives, chopped
- green onions, chopped
- salsa
- sour cream

Directions
Brown hamburger and onion. Add salt and pepper. Pour off drippings.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water and seasonings.
Simmer 20 minutes. Add 2 cups cooked rice. Simmer 20 more minutes.
To serve: Handful of fritos, then sauce, then desired garnishes.
Makes A LOT.
