- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
- 4 cups rice, cooked
- chow mein noodles
- tomatoes
- celery, chopped
- green pepper, chopped
- green onion, chopped
- pineapple chunks
- slivered almonds
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- ½ cup coconut
- 2 ounces pimiento

Directions
Combine soup and broth in medium saucepan. Add chicken. Simmer 8-10 minutes. Stack rice, noodles, chicken gravy. Add tomatoes, celery, green pepper, green onion. Top with pineapple chunks, cheese, more gravy. Top off almonds, coconut and pimiento.
