- ½ pint Heavy Cream

Directions
Melt the chocolate in double broiler. (Bring water to boiling point.
Turn off heat and add chocolate above in double broiler.) Whip cream
until stiff (stands up). Cool the chocolate a little bit. Fold it into
whipped cream. Refrigerate it. Form into balls. Then roll in chopped
pecans or freeze for dipping in chocolate.
