Directions
Sprinkle mixes over roast in crockpot. Add 1/4" - 1/2" water in bottom
of pot. Don't wash seasonings off. Cover and bake until meat falls
apart. Low if starting in the morning, high if starting in the
afternoon.
This recipe makes the most juicy roast when I've used a chuck roast cut. Cheapest, fattest cut, but the juiciest by far.
